Candidates who make it to the OUAT merit list need to appear for the counselling round as per the date and time mentioned on their OUAT intimation-cum-rank card. Candidates can download the intimation-cum-rank card of their OUAT entrance exam 2021 from the official website of the exam by providing their OUAT roll number, mobile number and date of birth. Another way to download the OUAT 2021 rank card is by filling in the login ID and password on Odisha University of Agriculture and Technology official website.
OUAT’s official website states that the counselling intimation does not ensure any seat but is an invitation letter to attend the counselling round for admission. “Admission depends on the availability of seat and the candidates’ eligibility after verification of original documents”, the website informs.

Recently, OUAT opened up Spot Admissions for various UG courses offered at the varsity. The registrations were available from January 22, 2021, to January 26, 2021, and the rank cards got released on January 30, 2021. Here are details as released by the varsity.
Aspirants need to follow the below-mentioned steps in order to take part in the OUAT entrance exam counselling process
Step 1: Register online on OUAT’s official website
Step 2: Fill programme choice
Step 3: Pay OUAT counselling fee
Step 4: Lock OUAT seats
Step 5: Round 1 of Temporary Seat Allotment
Step 6: Document/certificate verification & fee payment at Nodal Centre basis round 1 seat allotment
Step 7: Round 2 of Temporary Seat Allotment
Step 8: Document/certificate verification & fee payment at Nodal Centre basis round 2 seat allotment
Step 9: Withdrawal of seats by aspirants
Step 10: Final allotment of OUAT seats & auto upgradation
Step 11: Reporting for admission at the allotted institute

When appearing for OUAT counselling candidates need to bring a Demand Draft of any nationalised bank drawn in favour of Comptroller, OUAT, Bhubaneswar that is payable at Bhubaneswar. The fee payment can also be done by means of SBI Collect through the net banking facility. Apart from this, candidates also need to carry all their certificates (in original) as well as a rank card to their counselling centre.
