OUAT 2021 Application Form - B (OUT): Check Last Date & How to Apply

The OUAT 2021 Application Form-B was released on September 17 and the last date to apply was October 11. The OUAT 2021 entrance exam application form-A was released online on the official website of OUAT on July 31. Candidates had to register and apply online till September 3 and the last date of paying the application fee is September 4. OUAT entrance exam 2021 application form-B has to be filled and submitted from the official website of Odisha University of Agriculture and Technology. Along with the personal and academic details, they need to upload documents such as scanned photographs and signatures. In order to successfully register for the OUAT entrance exam, candidates need to fill both Form-A and Form-B.

How to Fill OUAT Application Form

In order to successfully fill OUAT application form, candidates need to follow the below-mentioned steps:

Step 1: Fill OUAT Form-A

Candidates needed to fill in details such as their Aadhaar Number, e-mail ID, mobile phone number, category, etc. in Form-A of the OUAT entrance exam. Next, candidates need to upload the below-mentioned documents with their form:

Step 2: Pay OUAT application fee

Candidates could pay the OUAT entrance exam application fee for UG course admissions in online mode through Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking and UPI. The application fee is INR 1,500.

Step 3: Submit OUAT application form

Next, candidates need to submit their duly filled OUAT Form A application form online. No separate hardcopy needs to be sent to Odisha University of Agriculture and Technology.

Filling OUAT Form-B

Once admit card for the OUAT entrance exam is generated, candidates need to fill Form-B for OUAT admissions. For this, candidates need to click on a link stating “Submission of Online Application Form-B for Admission in OUAT Admissions”. Further, candidates need to enter their OUAT entrance exam roll number, mobile number and date of birth to access Form-B for OUAT admissions.

OUAT Form-B opens with some information already filled. These information/details are picked from OUAT Form-A filled earlier by aspirants. As part of Form-B for the examination, candidates need to fill in details such as academic qualifications, category and the likes. Further, aspirants need to upload scanned copies of documents that are less than 200 KB in size. The documents that need to be uploaded include:

1. Mark sheet of Class 10
2. Certificate of Class 10standard showing date of birth.
3. Mark sheet of Class 12 Science.
4. Certificate of Class 12 Science.
5. SC/ST/Green Card / Physically Handicapped certificate from the competent authority for the respective reserved category.
6. Residential certificate (Except for candidate with Odia as a subject in 10th standard).
7. Aadhaar Card.
8. In case of NRI Candidates – Passport of the sponsor, Visa/Permanent residential certificate of sponsor and Residential proof of sponsor (electric bill, telephone bill, water bill etc.).
9. Certificate as proof of OUAT employee from Head of the Institution.
10. Permanent Residential Certificate for Western Odisha.

“After successful submission of application Form-B, a confirmation SMS will be sent to the registered mobile number and e-mail. The candidates are advised to take a printout of Application Form-B and should retain it for future action”, informs OUAT official website.
