Sales/ Presales Consultant (International market)

We are seeking a Sales/ Presales Specialist with 1+ years of experience in product sales or presales to work on lead generation, outreach, marketing, and franchise activities for our global financial services clients in the US market. You will also be responsible for conducting market research, analyzing competitors, sizing the market, and preparing presentations. In this role, you will interact with decision-makers at global financial institutions, neobanks, and fintechs in the US, APAC, MENA, Europe etc driving the entire sales value chain from prospecting to implementation. The ideal candidate would be a hustler with great relationship management skills, in-depth understanding of the BFSI industry globally, strong grasp our internal capabilities, services, and solutions, and the zeal to close deals. Roles and Responsibilities of Presales Consultant: β€’ Cold callings, Lead generation, validation, and database maintenance in line with the firms strategy and services and product offerings
  • Carving out am effective sales outreach plan in conjunction with the sales and delivery teams
  • Outreach to new prospects through emails, calls, and social media with a targeted pitch addressing their actual pain points (this would entail thorough research on the prospect beforehand)
  • Relationship management for existing clients and warm prospects through planned, meticulous follow-ups
  • Provide analytical support to the sales team and all pertinent MIS requirements
  • Perform market research, competitor analysis, market sizing etc. for our products and services
  • Preparing meeting packs for the client meetings
Responsibilities of Sales Consultant:
  • P&L ownership to ensure sales and profitability targets across services and solutions are met
  • Take ownership of the region and the target institutions and carve out a strategic outreach roadmap for the same
  • Work closely with the Presales and Inside Sales team to set up meetings with key prospects for introducing our service and solution offerings
  • Understand our offerings and drive prospect discussions end-to-end, including doing the solution demo
  • Drive closure by coordinating with legal, product, and technology teams both internally and at client side
  • Ensure client satisfaction post onboarding and explore opportunities to increase the account revenue
  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
  • Build a strong pipeline of potential business opportunities and close deals
Desired Candidate Profile
  • Strong understanding of the financial services and risk management industry
  • Sharp problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Adept at working with unstructured data to derive actionable insights expertise in using MS Office suite
  • Self-starter with the ability to work effectively with minimal supervision
  • Proven 2 years work experience in a Presales role
  • Hands-on experience with various lead generation & qualification processes
  • Technology experience, especially in effectively using Sales CRM and related tools and processes
  • Comfortable in working across geographies i.e. MENA, USA, EU, APAC
  • Flexible to work in various shifts i.e. MENA, USA, EU, APAC
  • Willingness to walk extra mile to deliver superlative outcomes
  • Building in-depth understanding of Solytics offerings and value proposition
  • Engage client stakeholders to build long-term partnership
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong presentation and product demonstration skills
  • Diligent follow-ups with the client and internal stakeholders to ensure all deliverables are completed within the agreed timelines
  • Willingness and zeal to walk an extra mile to achieve company objectives
  • Attention to detail, and excellent analytical, problem solving, time management skills
