We are hiring for Assistant Manager Capital Budget for Mumbai Location. (Civil Engineer)
Position- Assistant Manager- Capital Budget
Grade- Assistant Manager
Location- Mumbai.
Experience- 3-6 yrs of work experience
Role- Hands on experience in handling Procurement, Cost Control, Budgeting, Contracts, Rate Analysis, Quantity Estimation, FIDIC Contracts, Billing in Construction company
Qualification- B.E. (Civil). MUST
and PGD in Contracts Management OR Any PG will be added advantage
Experience- Construction/Developer industry, Preference to commercial, Retail, Office Spaces, SEZ, Commercial Malls, Industrial, Industrial Buildings, Factory Buildings, Logistics Properties, PEB Buildings, Industrial SEZ, Free Trade Warehouse Zone, Rent Out Properties etc

Job responsibility details
- Prepares estimates by gathering proposals, blueprints, specifications, and related documents.
- Responsible for Costing, budgeting and Cost control, Implementation of SOP, cost reports, Pre-construction contracts, Negotiations, etc
- Prepares budgets/costings basis information on labor, material, and time requirements by studying proposals, blueprints, specifications, and related documents.
- Responsible for Computing costs by analyzing labor, material, and time requirements.
- Responsible for analyzing and establishes Cost Benchmarks across pan India projects
- Responsible for Preparing Contracts and follows standard procedures set forth till appointment of Contractors.
- Directs, Controls and Coordinates with PMCs, Consultants, etc to establish systems to control cost during contractor appointments and During execution of works.
Business and Financial Management
- Prepares accurate estimates.
- Ensure No deviation from initial approved Budget
- Cost control measures implemented on all sites
Customer Focus
- Creates/maintains contractor/vendor/consultant database and facilitates healthy relationship with all contractors/vendors/consultants
