What You'll Do Help define the sales strategy and drive execution for some of the worlds top DTC Brands. Proactively identify and seek out client and industry relationships to optimizerevenue. Drive partnership performance, engage with key partners and deliver excellentcustomer service. Partner with teammates and cross-functional partners to structure and execute operational and strategic initiatives - developing account plans, synthesizing market related data, leading client analysis and defining the overall business approach to BIK's success with digitally-focused businesses. Represent BIK in the advertising and marketing-tech community by seeking out and participating at industry events. Create persuasive sales presentations using market trends, case studies and BIKs industry specific solutions. Exceed sales goals for yourself and your team. Who You Are You have 3+ years of experience as AE / SDR in top SAAS companies in India selling Internationally. You are an experienced sales leader selling in International Markets. You have experience running a business where data/insights drive the direction ofthe business. You are highly motivated, entrepreneurial, energetic, and willing to thrive in a high growth organization. You are able to hit and exceed quarterly revenue expectations. You have excellent problem solving and negotiating skills. Where You'll BeThis position will be based in Bangalore to start with and if the revenue goals are met in Q1, you'll be setting up a
